Daniel Radcliffe spoke for the first time about his replacements for How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Darren Criss and Nick Jonas, and some sage advice he has for the former, who will be immediately replacing him in early January. A bit on Dan's comments about wanting to meet and chat with Criss, from HollywoodOutbreak, and a joke he'd like to hand over from one Finch to another, can be read here.

Daniel Radcliffe: I haven't met either [Darren Criss and Nick Jonas] yet, but I look forward to meeting them. I would never deign to give advice; they'll find their own thing. I do want to talk to Darren Criss, since he is the guy that is going to be replacing me, because there is one joke that I have to give him that I was given by Matthew Broderick, who was given to it by Robert Morse, so every Finch on Broadway would have had this one joke, which I quite like the idea of. I've become aware of Darren Criss since I knew he was going to be coming into the show. I think he'll do a great job.

I'm kind of slightly disappointed for him because he only gets to do it for three weeks because I know that it's got to a place that, now after seven months, where I'm really really happy with the show. It takes a while, because you got to find all the nuances and stuff is. It's hard, but I think he'll do a great job.
